Job summary

Henri Charpentier Singapore is seeking a Retail Associate / Service Crew to join our premium patisserie team. You will deliver warm, guest-focused service and help maintain the elegant shop environment across our outlets.

Ideal candidates bring experience in F&B or retail, strong communication, and a passion for Japanese sweets culture. This role offers five-day work weeks, 40 hours, annual leave from 12 days, AWS bonus, medical and dental benefits, and a friendly, international team.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or retail operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Managers in ensuring smooth daily operations of the shop
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience for guests
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure items are prepared and served promptly
• Communicate effectively with service staff to maintain consistent service standards
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the shop and service areas
• Assist in shop opening and closing procedures
• Support shop events and promotional activities when required
