Job summary

BLCK HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused team member for floor service and order taking.

You will upsell menu items, deliver hospitality, and ensure the venue remains clean and organized in line with brand standards during opening and closing shifts. Shift timings include Opening: 9pm-6am and Closing: 11:30pm-8:30am, with work 6 days per week and one of Tuesday or Thursday as an off day. You will perform cashiering duties during service and collaborate with the team on ad hoc

• Assist customers with order taking to ensure accurate and efficient service
• Promote additional menu items through upselling to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service and hospitality aligned with brand standards
• Perform cashiering duties accurately during service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue to uphold hygiene and safety standards
• Support opening and closing procedures of the venue following standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Collaborate with team members to complete any other ad hoc duties related to food and beverage service
