Job summary

THE WHITE TIFFIN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a restaurant service professional to ensure impeccable guest experiences and smooth service delivery. You will act as a bridge between Front of House and Back of House, using POS and reservations software to support operations.

You will perform opening and closing duties, address guest needs and complaints, maintain clean displays, and ensure health and sanitation standards are strictly followed to uphold the restaurant''s high standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that an impeccable customer experience for all guests is maintained
• Ensure smooth execution of restaurant service
• Participate in proper communication between Front of House (Hotel) and Back of House operations team (Restaurant Kitchen).
• Use the POS and reservations software systems
• Perform opening and closing duties for the restaurant where required.
• Address customer needs, comments and complaints
• Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean
• Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant
• Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations
