Job summary

SHARED TABLE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a front-of-house team member to welcome guests, take orders, and provide attentive service. You will maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas and counters, while assisting with opening setup and stocking during service.

Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations, support takeaway and online orders, and participate in events or promotions as needed. A courteous, professional demeanor is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly, professional and approachable manner.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, service counters and other guest-facing spaces.
• Prepare the outlet for service, including opening setup, table preparation and stocking of service items.
• Carry out closing duties and ensure the outlet is properly cleaned and prepared for the following service.
• Respond to guest requests, feedback and basic complaints appropriately, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Monitor tables and guest needs throughout their visit.
• Assist with takeaway, delivery and online orders where applicable.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and maintain smooth service.
• Support events, activations and other outlet activities when required.
• Maintain good knowledge of menu items, promotions and outlet offerings.
• Perform other operational duties reasonably assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management.
