Job summary

I-LINK MANPOWER CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service professional to greet guests, assist with arrival, and escort them to their tables. You will handle inquiries, requests, and feedback, and support order taking and serving both in-room and at counters.

The role includes table setup, cleanliness, billing and payments, stock replenishment, and daily opening/closing tasks, while coordinating with kitchen and bar teams and upholding house rules.

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival
• Escort guests to assigned to table
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback
• Take food and beverage orders (in-room or at counter)
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
• Clear tables and rooms after use
• Ensure rooms are clean and well-stocked before each use
• Report any maintenance issues
• Prepare bills and process payments (cash, card, etc.)
• Handle promotions or membership redemptions if applicable
• Refill stock (tissues, utensils, condiments)
• Assist with daily opening/closing tasks
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
• Ensure customer conduct is within house rules
• Alert management/security if guests are unruly or intoxicated

5. Support Duties
