Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians for installations, servicing, and repairs.
• Coordinate between customers, sales, and technical teams.
• Arrange service appointments and provide customer updates.
• Update and maintain service records in the ERP system.
• Prepare reports and service documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding service requests.
