Job summary

Common Man Coffee Roasters in Singapore is hiring a barista to join their team at CMCR Quayside Isle (Sentosa). You will learn to dial in espresso, steam milk, and perfect latte art while delivering friendly hospitality to guests.

We offer 5 days, 44 hours, no split shifts, and a development-focused environment with coffee training and progression opportunities. Completion bonus up to $2,500 is available.

Qualifications

• Some café or F&B experience preferred.
• No formal barista qualification needed.
• Coffee curious and keen to learn.
• Positive, reliable and ready to grow.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced café.
• Team player with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Chase the perfect shot by learning dialling in and espresso basics.
• Steam, pour and practice to build milk texture and latte art.
• Find your flow and get comfortable behind the bar during rush hours.
• Make the coffee count by serving guests with genuine hospitality.
• Own your station by keeping it clean, organized and ready to go.
• Keep learning and grow your specialty coffee knowledge.
