Job summary

EVER TRUST LIFE SERVICES is looking for a Service Advisor to guide families through funeral and pre-planning options with care and empathy. The role is commission-based, focusing on building relationships and reaching out to prospective clients to grow the business.

You will coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery, maintain long-term client partnerships, and adapt to flexible hours, including weekends, to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Interest in developing a long-term business.
• Mandarin or dialect skills are a plus for engaging elderly family members.
