Astreya in Singapore is seeking a Server Operation Engineer II to support and maintain large, global-scale systems for building management and physical security. You will handle ticket-based workflows and work through issues with a team.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of related experience; you will monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate with internal and external teams, including after-hours on-call duties.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from a college or university; 2–5 years’ related experience and/or training.
• Experience building and managing various servers.
• Experience with networking management, configurations, and changes.
• Familiarity with ticket systems and process adherence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Monitor ticket queue and communication channels.
• Manage systems and infrastructure and resolve issues.
• Record metadata for tickets in internal tools (CTI, outage times, transcripts).
• Engage in troubleshooting tickets with internal and third-party teams.
• Provide after-hours support for scheduled upgrades and critical outages.
• Maintain professional interaction with clients and vendors.
