SEA Singapore is seeking an Operations Engineer to support day-to-day operation and reliability of corporate servers and infrastructure across regional offices. You will focus on system operations, patching, monitoring, backups and incident resolution.

Responsibilities include managing virtualization platforms, AD and identity services, scripting for automation, and contributing to runbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience operating production server infrastructure in a similar role.
• Experience administering Windows Server and enterprise Active Directory environments.
• Linux administration, packages and services troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash or Python for automation.
• Experience with backup platforms such as Veeam is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain corporate server infrastructure across multiple countries, including virtualization platforms and Windows/Linux systems.
• Plan and execute OS and infrastructure patching with testing and rollback planning.
• Manage infrastructure monitoring and alerting for timely response and resolution.
• Handle backup operations and recoverability, including verification and restore testing.
• Administer virtualization platforms and AD/identity services with regional cutovers.
• Investigate incidents and resolve recurring system issues with cross-team collaboration.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline patching, provisioning and reporting.
• Maintain runbooks and system documentation for operational procedures.
• Identify improvements to systems and tooling and participate in on-call rotations.
