BLCK Hospitality PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full Time Bar Server (Mandarin) for its Gstar outlet, with an immediate start.

Shift: 7pm–3/4am, six days a week, including weekends. Basic salary: $2000–$2200 plus a daily transport allowance of $20 for full shifts. Requirements: fluent Mandarin and English, Singaporean/PR/LTVP, at least 18 years old, willing to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays, and prior experience in bar, waiter or F&B service.

• Previous bar/waiter/F&B service experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails is a plus.
• Physically able to stand for long hours and carry trays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, attentive service at the bar and throughout the outlet.
• Take customers’ drink orders accurately and ensure orders are served promptly.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to outlet standards.
• Recommend drinks, promotions and menu items to customers.
• Process bills and payments (cash, card, e-wallets) and handle the POS system.
• Engage with customers and maintain a welcoming experience.
• Monitor customers’ needs and provide timely assistance.
• Support outlet in achieving daily sales through upselling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar counter and service areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, stock checking and replenishment.
• Coordinate closely with bartenders, supervisors and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Escalate more serious issues to supervisor as needed.
• Follow SOPs, service standards and responsible alcohol-service practices.

Full Time Bar Server (Mandarin) – Job Scope

Working location: Gstar

Start work Immediately

Working hours: 7pm- 3/4am

-6 days a week , sat and sun 7pm-4am, ot 1.5 if work in public holiday

Basic Salary: $ 2000-2200 + Daily transport allowance ($20 per working day) for full shift only

Part time : $12/hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive and professional service to customers at the bar and throughout the outlet.
• Take customers’ drink orders accurately and ensure orders are served promptly.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the outlet’s standards.
• Recommend drinks, promotions and suitable menu items to customers where appropriate.
• Process bills and payments (cash, card, e-wallets) and handle the POS system
• Actively engage with customers and maintain good rapport to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
• Monitor customers’ needs throughout their visit and provide timely assistance.
• Support the outlet in achieving daily sales and revenue targets through good customer service and appropriate upselling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar counter, tables, service areas and surrounding floor areas.
• Ensure glasses, bar equipment, bottles and service items are properly stocked and ready for operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, replenishment and cleaning.
• Coordinate closely with bartenders, supervisors and other service crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer requests, feedback and minor service issues professionally, escalating more serious matters to the supervisor or manager.
• Follow company SOPs, service standards, workplace safety requirements and responsible alcohol-service practices.
• Assist with stock checking and replenishment when required.
• Support other operational duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or Supervisor.

Requirement:

• Able to speak fluent Mandarin and English to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking customers
• Singaporeans/PR/LTVP
• At least 18 years old, as required for serving alcohol
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Previous experience as a bar server, waiter, or in F&B service
• Basic knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails is an advantage
• Friendly, confident, and able to stay composed in a busy, late-night environment
• Physically able to stand for long hours and carry trays
