Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking a Constituency Manager to act as an administrator and community facilitator at the constituency level. You will support GRO formation, development, and governance, spanning financial management, procurement, and data stewardship.

You will collaborate with residents, GROs, volunteers, and partners to advance social cohesion and citizen participation. The role focuses on planning and implementing programmes, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring

Qualifications

Experience in community engagement, social work, grassroots development, or a people-facing role is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage residents from diverse backgrounds.
Nice-to-have: proficiency in a second language (Malay, Mandarin, Tamil) or dialect.

Responsibilities

Engage residents and partners to understand ground needs and co-create programmes.
Plan and execute GRO/community activities at GRO and divisional levels.
Coordinate recruitment and reappointment of volunteers and GRO members.
Attend monthly GRO meetings and provide administrative support.
Manage GROs' social media and communications in line with guidelines.
Ensure financial management, procurement, and audit readiness for GROs.
Maintain records and data with proper privacy handling.
