Job summary

The People's Association (PA) is seeking a Constituency Manager to serve as an administrator and community facilitator at the constituency level, supporting GROs to promote social cohesion and community bonding. You will work with residents, GROs, volunteers, and partners to plan programmes that advance PA's mission of fostering participation for a caring and united Singapore.

You will ensure governance and compliance across GRO operations, including financial management, procurement, and data

Qualifications

Experience in community engagement or people-facing roles; leadership in activities or CCAs is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse residents.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with social media for outreach.

Responsibilities

Engage residents and community partners to understand ground needs and co-create programmes.
Plan and execute GRO activities and PA campaigns at GRO and divisional levels.
Support formation and development of GROs; coordinate volunteers and GRO members.
Attend GRO meetings; provide admin/logistics support; report progress to PA HQ.
Manage GROs' social media and PA communications; communicate policies with cultural sensitivity.
Monitor GRO budgets, procurement processes, and ensure compliance with PA rules.
