Job summary

The Constituency Manager at People’s Association (PA) serves as an administrator and community facilitator at the constituency level, supporting GRO formation and development to promote social cohesion, racial harmony, and community bonding across Singapore.

You will work with residents, Grassroots Leaders, volunteers, and partners to plan programmes, engage diverse communities, and implement PA campaigns that deepen resident participation and trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement or people-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents and stakeholders to understand ground needs and co-create programmes.
• Plan and execute GRO activities and national PA campaigns to widen outreach.
• Support formation and development of GROs and volunteers following GRO Rules & Regulations.
• Attend GRO meetings and provide administrative/logistical support to GROs.
• Manage GROs' social media and develop PA-compliant communications materials.
• Oversee financial management of GROs, including budgets and grant papers.
• Prepare procurement papers and ensure PA procurement guidelines are followed.
• Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring data protection compliance.
