Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks an Architect with conservation and urban design expertise to drive architectural conservation planning for the Greater Sentosa Master Plan. You will lead heritage studies, guidelines, and integration with national planning policies.

Coordinate with planning and technical agencies, manage stakeholder engagements, and oversee tender processes for heritage developments and infrastructure enablers.

Formación

• Degree in Architectural Conservation, Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning, or related field is required.
• Minimum five years of relevant conservation redevelopment and urban design experience.
• Registration with BOA or SIP is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop architecture and conservation urban design strategies for the GSMP.
• Coordinate with planning and technical agencies on conservation planning works.
• Conduct heritage research, impact assessments, and conservation management.
• Plan and implement urban design guidelines for multiple parcels and phases.
• Manage stakeholder engagements and facilitate regulatory approvals.
