Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation & Subsidiaries in Singapore seeks an Architect to contribute to Architecture Conservation and Urban Design within the Greater Sentosa Master Plan (GSMP) and related projects.

You will develop conservation and urban design strategies, coordinate with planning and technical agencies, manage heritage studies, and oversee tender packages and project management for heritage developments and infrastructure enablers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Conservation, Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in conservation redevelopment, urban planning & design processes.
• Registration with BOA or SIP preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop, ArcGIS.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop Architecture & Conservation Urban Design strategies for GSMP.
• Coordinate with planning & technical agencies on conservation planning works.
• Plan and execute heritage research, impact assessments, and conservation management.
• Contribute to development and evaluation of Architecture & Conservation Urban Design Guidelines.
• Establish development plans considering goals, densities, and placemaking timelines.
• Coordinate tenancy development submissions and ensure urban design consistency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integrative execution of the masterplan.
