Vanguard in Singapore seeks a capable lead to guide technicians and drive daily production in a fast-paced fab environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet short- and long-term automation milestones, manage wafer-container improvements, and promote safety and 5S in the workplace while championing data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes cost-conscious process optimization, attention to quality, and sustaining daily wafer starts with timely coordination with Production

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor fab manufacturing background.
• Team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Independent contributor with a data-driven mindset and strong self-starting ability.
• Able to relate to a demographically diverse workforce.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership to technicians in daily operational functions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve fab automation milestones (short and long term).
• Streamlines wafer management to support daily fab operations.
• Coordinates with Production Control & Planning for wafer-starts administration.
• Manages development of manufacturing peripherals to ensure quality of hardware components.
• Leads improvement projects related to wafer containers for cost reduction.
• Promotes Workplace Safety and 5S in the Fab.

• Collaborates with Production Control & Planning teams for the timely administration of wafer-starts
• Manages development and upkeeping of manufacturing peripherals so as to realize quality excellence towards hardware components
• Spearheads improvement projects pertaining to wafer containers as part of continuous improvement and cost reduction drive
• Cultivates Workplace Safety and 5S mindset in the Fab

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimal 3 years of semiconductor fab manufacturing background
• Team leadership experiences is an advantage
• Independent contributor and robust self-starter with a strong inclination towards data-driven methodologies
• Adequate in relating to a varying demographical workforce
