Job summary

Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore) seeks a Senior Executive for Youth Development & Community Building to strengthen Singapore's youth ecosystem through engaging programmes and leadership pathways.

You will develop platforms that connect youth to service, leadership opportunities and mentorship, collaborate with schools and volunteers, and support the Education Mission's development while aligning with Tzu Chi values.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Youth Work, Community Development, Education, Social Sciences or related fields.
• Preferably 2-4 years of relevant experience in youth, community, education or social sector work.
• Passionate about youth development, community building and leadership development.
• Strong programme development, coordination and execution capabilities.
• Good communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to empower youths to participate, contribute and lead.
• Resourceful, adaptable and comfortable working in an evolving environment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams and partners.
• Willing to support selected evening and weekend youth activities.
• Alignment with Tzu Chi’s values and spirit of service and contribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen Tzu Chi's youth ecosystem in Singapore.
• Create meaningful opportunities for youth to connect, grow, serve and lead.
• Lead youth engagement platforms and pathways from outreach to leadership.
• Support Education Mission development and integration where needed.
• Collaborate with schools, youth organisations and community partners.
• Track participation, progression and impact of youth programmes.
