Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a WSHO cum ECO (Construction) to support safety management on-site in Singapore.

The role reports to the Project Manager and involves implementing safety systems, permit-to-work, and coordinating the WSH Committee to keep staff and subcontractors informed of site activities. Must hold MOM WSH Officer registration and NEA ECO registration.
At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager in implementing safety management system to ensure staff and workers safety.
Assist in implementing permit to work system and report incompatible works.
Act as secretary of the Project WSH Committee and chair meetings to inform staff and subcontractors.
Assist in complying with WSH Acts and Regulations.
Conduct periodic safety inspections to improve safety standards.
Ensure site compliance with statutory safety requirements and in-house rules.
Recommend corrective measures for safety non-compliance.
Update management on changes to statutory safety requirements.
