Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a WSHO cum ECO to lead safety and environmental compliance across multiple projects, including City Hall and Changi Airport. The role requires a Bachelors in Workplace Safety, Health and Environment, MOM WSH Officer registration and NEA ECO registration, and at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Workplace Safety, Health and Environment and accepted WSH-related qualification.
• Must hold a valid MOM WSH Officer registration and NEA ECO registration.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in implementing the safety management system to ensure staff and workers work in a safe and healthy environment.
• Assist the Project Manager in implementing the permit to work system and report any incompatible works.
• Act as secretary of the Project WSH Committee and chair meetings to inform staff and subcontractors of site activities and required actions.
• Assist in complying with the WSH Acts and Regulations.
• Conduct periodic safety inspections to verify safety compliance and improve standards.
• Ensure site compliance with statutory safety requirements and in-house safety rules and report deviations.
• Recommend corrective measures to address safety non-compliance and deviations.
• Update site management on new or changed statutory safety requirements and take necessary actions.
