Job summary

Soilbuild Construction Group Limited is seeking a WSHO cum ECO to lead site safety and environmental management across major projects in Singapore. You will implement and monitor WSH and Environmental Management systems, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and NEA requirements, while promoting a strong safety culture.

The role requires 3–5 years' relevant experience, professional certification, and hands-on ability to mentor teams, conduct audits, and coordinate with authorities to deliver

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or related discipline.
Registered WSHO with MOM.
Certified Environmental Control Officer (ECO) recognized by NEA.
ISO 45001/ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement WSH and ECO management systems across construction projects.
Ensure compliance with MOM WSH regulations and NEA environmental requirements.
Coordinate audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Train and mentor safety officers and ECOs; drive continuous safety and environmental improvement.
Liaise with MOM, NEA, consultants, and authorities on compliance matters.
