Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree or professional qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline with at least 8 years of working experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities; capable of multitasking and prioritising.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive process reviews.
• Support senior management in workforce design and transformation efforts.
• Monitor and analyse workforce health, performance and trends to design data-driven interventions.
