Job summary

Workday Singapore seeks a seasoned Workday HCM consultant to help clients implement and optimize HR technology. You will guide configuration, deliver successful deployments, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across regions to maximize value from Workday products.

Role requires strong Workday knowledge, 5+ years in HCM, and ability to engage senior leaders. Willingness to travel up to 10% is expected as part of global client projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Capital Management software support or consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects
• 5+ years of experience with HCM systems including but not limited to Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards
• 5+ years of experience with Core HCM, Security, Compensation or Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking
• 5+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME
