Michael Page International is seeking an experienced HRIS Integration Developer to own enterprise-scale Workday integration initiatives across the region. You will design, build, test, and support integrations with Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders.

You'll work on end-to-end projects, optimize performance, maintain documentation, and contribute to a modern HR systems landscape in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, Reporting, and RaaS.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Workday integration projects.
• Good knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and SFTP.
• Experience supporting HR, payroll, or HCM integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and production support skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and document technical solutions effectively.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
• Exposure to SAP CPI/Integration Suite or multi-country HR environments is advantageous.
