Job summary

TROYTECH INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING PTE LTD is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant in Singapore. You will assess and design integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or web services, and troubleshoot issues while coordinating with HCM and Financials teams across AMS and CR.

You will also manage the lifecycle of incidents and service requests, and maintain detailed integration documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday integrations experience (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)
• SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT; troubleshooting integration errors and data mapping
• Governance exposure or Workday certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze integration requirements and design built using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or web services.
• Troubleshoot reported integration issues and defects, translating into clear technical specifications and actionable configuration or code changes.
• Manage incident and service request lifecycle, including issue assessment, impact analysis, prioritization, build, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Maintain integration documentation including data mapping and error-handling logic.
• Collaborate with functional teams (HCM, Financials) across AMS and CR teams and external system owners on integration dependencies.
• Engage with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations on SLAs for IR/SRs.
• Track and report on IR/SR status and resolution progress.
