Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is recruiting a senior leader to oversee wafer-level packaging operations in Singapore. You will direct manufacturing, processes and equipment, driving cost efficiency, yield improvements, and robust manufacturing execution across the line.

The role requires 20+ years in semicon, a bachelor’s in engineering, and a proven track record of leading large-scale operations with strong cost and performance accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 20+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading large-scale operations with strong cost accountability.
• Strong communication and collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
• Lean Six Sigma background and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be accountable for WLD Operations.
• Manage activities of manufacturing, process and equipment.
• Own operational cost, margins, and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure KPI coverage for quality, cost, and manufacturing execution.
• Oversee process/equipment optimization to improve yield and throughput.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance manufacturing capability and competitiveness.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to support growth.
• Review and manage budgets, manpower plans, and capex.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation in WLD operations.
• Coach and mentor managers/engineers for succession planning.
