Job summary

NCS in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented System Engineer specializing in Windows Active Directory and SCCM to join our IT infrastructure team. You will manage and optimize Windows Server environments, drive enterprise deployment infrastructure, and ensure security compliance and reliable system performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Advanced proficiency with SCCM for software deployment and patch management.
• Strong AD administration, including user management, group policies.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with IAM concepts and security configurations.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning.
• Microsoft certifications preferred (MCSA/MCSE) / Azure AD integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Windows AD infrastructure (domain controllers, forests, OUs).
• Administer SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and compliance.
• Manage user and computer accounts, GPOs, and access controls in Active Directory environments.
• Monitor performance, security, and health; identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Plan and execute software deployments, updates, and patches using SCCM to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards across Windows Server environments.
• Perform regular system audits and optimization to maintain efficiency and security.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior IT staff and end-users on system-related matters.
