Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing in Singapore is seeking a Senior System Engineer to join our infrastructure operations team. You will administer and optimize enterprise Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and automation scripts, ensuring availability, security, and performance of critical systems.

Responsibilities include patching, incident management, change control, and monitoring using ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on 5–8 years in Windows Server administration in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and AD troubleshooting.
• PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA-driven operations.
• Experience with enterprise management tools (Altiris, ServiceNow, HP SM).

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments and perform maintenance.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, OUs, GPOs, and domain services.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and health checks.
• Coordinate patching, security updates, and change management.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support 24x7 operations.
• Maintain documentation and participate in continuous improvement.
