Job summary

Creative Eateries Pte Ltd is seeking an Event Sales Executive to plan and execute Food and Beverage events for corporate and wedding clients. You will respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, and coordinate with chefs and internal teams to deliver events that meet timelines and client expectations.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience in catering/F&B, strong communication with stakeholders, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in catering F&B/restaurant/wedding.
• Well-spoken, able to interact well with external and internal stakeholders.
• High level of creativity, accuracy and eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work 5.5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Respond to email enquiries pertaining to corporate & wedding events and advise clients on feasibility.
• Prepare customized proposals and planning of the event flow with the clients.
• Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for the execution of the event accordingly to the timeline.
• Work closely with the Chefs to come up with creative ideas and bespoke food menus.
• Conduct site inspections when necessary prior to the commencement of the event.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
