Job summary

RedDot BrewHouse in Singapore is seeking an Events Executive to develop event sales, handle enquiries, coordinate events and ensure a seamless experience for clients from enquiry to event day.

You'll manage inquiries for corporate, weddings, social and private events, conduct venue viewings, prepare quotations, and build relationships with clients and partners while coordinating with operations and kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality, F&B or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple events and enquiries.
• Comfortable meeting clients and presenting venues.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours when events require.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate, wedding, social and private event enquiries
• Follow up actively with potential clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Conduct venue viewings and present suitable event packages
• Prepare quotations, proposals and event requirements
• Build relationships with corporate clients, event agencies and wedding partners
• Proactively source and develop new event sales opportunities
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Kitchen and other departments for event execution
• Manage event details, timelines and client requirements
• Provide on-site support for events when required
• Maintain event sales records, leads and follow-up schedules
