Job summary

Gradiant International Holdings Pte. Ltd. Singapore seeks a Senior Process Engineer to design and develop water and wastewater treatment plants, preparing proposals and providing process engineering expertise during bid development.

You will collaborate with sales, BD, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery, stay within budget, and maintain Gradiant standards. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or environmental engineering is required.
• At least 5 years of process and application engineering experience in water/wastewater.
• Experience with membranes and related processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new treatment processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and review process flow diagrams, heat and mass balances, and P&IDs.
• Coordinate proposal development with BD, engineering, and projects teams.
• Support commissioning and site activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
