The Senior Procurement Executive collaborates with US and SG teams, manages RFQs, and ensures compliance with contractual requirements while optimizing cost, quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 8–14 years in procurement/sourcing/subcontracting in engineering/EPC/water projects.
• Water industry knowledge and supplier landscape understanding.
• Strong supplier knowledge/relationships across SG, Malaysia, India.
• Experience sourcing CAPEX equipment and project subcontract services.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end sourcing and procurement for US-based water projects across Singapore, Malaysia and India.
• Source and evaluate engineered equipment and packages in water applications.
• Develop Asia supplier network; emphasize water and industrial equipment.
• Issue RFQs/RFPs, clarify bids, and prepare cost tables and levelling sheets.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery, warranties and other terms with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts; support MSAs and subcontract agreements.
• Coordinate with US/SG teams to align quotations with specs and schedules.
• Track deliverables, manufacturing progress, and shipments; escalate risks.
• Support supplier qualification, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Coordinate international logistics and export docs from Asia to the US.
• Maintain procurement trackers, savings, forecasts and supplier performance data.
