The role supports inventory accuracy, material traceability, and compliance with warehouse procedures, quality and safety standards, with a 24/7 operation and a 12-hour shift pattern including weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling operations preferred.
• Valid forklift license or certification is required.
• Experience with GMP/GDP awareness and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, material movement, picking, packing, staging, and shipment.
• Ensure materials are identified, stored, and transacted in accordance with FIFO/FEFO, traceability and quality requirements.
• Support a 24/7 warehouse operation with a 12-hour shift pattern, including day/night shifts, weekends and overtime.
• Maintain good housekeeping, 5S, safety and compliance in warehouse areas.
• Report discrepancies and participate in investigations and shift handovers.
