Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Warehouse Assistant to run daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately. The role supports inventory accuracy, traceability, and compliant documentation within a 24/7 operation.

You will coordinate stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and guide junior team members while adhering to GMP/GDP standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Valid forklift license or certification is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, material movement, picking, packing, staging, internal transfer, and shipment.
Ensure materials are correctly identified, stored, and transacted per FIFO/FEFO and quality requirements.
Prepare materials for internal transfer and outbound shipment with proper documentation.
Perform system transactions and maintain accurate warehouse records.
Conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies; escalate as needed.
Support 24/7 operations with a 12-hour shift pattern including days, nights, weekends and overtime.
