Job summary

Zuellig Pharma seeks a Warehouse Assistant for a contracted position in Singapore. You will handle receiving, picking, packing and dispatching, ensuring accuracy, stock integrity, and compliance with safety guidelines. Prior warehousing experience and a valid forklift license are required.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with warehouse management systems like SAP are advantageous. You will work to maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse environment with routine counts and equipment

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or secondary education with relevant warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years of warehousing operations experience.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Experience operating material handling equipment and forklifts.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems like SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out warehouse activities: receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure items are picked, checked, and packed per orders and documentation.
• Verify accuracy of picked items and securely pack in cartons.
• Assist with stocktaking and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure a safe, clean, organized warehouse.
• Operate MHE and scanners following safety guidelines.
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Comply with ISO, GSDP, SMS and hygiene requirements.
• Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisor.
