Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Support to manage end-to-end shipping operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will coordinate with forwarders, carriers and QA to maintain shipment quality and documentation.

The role requires at least 3 years in shipping/logistics, strong knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms and customs clearance, and familiarity with systems like SAP, PortNet and TradeNet.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of experience in shipping/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs clearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end shipping operations (Sea, Air, FCL, LCL).
• Ensure timely booking of shipments to meet OTIF targets.
• Create and verify shipment documents (delivery notes, invoices, labels, certificates).
• Coordinate insurance, COOs, permits and export controls.
• Collaborate with QA and carriers to ensure compliant shipments.
• Lead resolution of shipment issues and delays.
