Job summary
CEVA Logistics in Singapore seeks an Automation Engineer to ensure reliability and ongoing improvement of warehouse automation and robotics systems. You will provide technical support, develop maintenance strategies and build capabilities within operations teams.
You will lead maintenance planning, analytics, and optimization projects, working with suppliers and stakeholders across the organisation to enhance performance and scalability. This role is based on-site in Singapore.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation, robotics or industrial engineering.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with automated warehouse systems such as AMRs/AGVs.
- Knowledge of PLC and industrial controls.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for warehouse automation.
- Develop preventive maintenance programmes to maximise equipment reliability.
- Manage maintenance schedules and spare parts planning.
- Develop training materials and SOPs.
- Lead automation enhancement, upgrade and optimization projects.
