genconnect pte. ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily warehouse activities, coordinate staff, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. The role requires supervising interns, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing SOPs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, stock arrangement and dispatch.
• Coordinate and supervise warehouse assistants and interns.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure proper stock organisation, inventory accuracy and warehouse cleanliness.
• Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Train and guide interns and new warehouse staff on warehouse procedures and SOPs.
• Ensure all orders are picked and packed accurately and on time.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
• Report operational issues and suggest improvements to warehouse processes.
• Take ownership of warehouse operations and ensure tasks are completed responsibly.

• 4 Defu South Street 1 10 (5.5 days work week Mon - Fri 9 - 6pm, Sat 9-1pm)
