Job summary

The Yard in Singapore seeks a Senior WAG Gymnastics Coach to lead and develop the mid-level pathway, ensuring technical excellence, athlete welfare, and long-term development while collaborating with coaches, athletes, parents, and leadership.

You will mentor mid-level WAG gymnasts to enhance technical skills and competitive performance, drive participation and retention, and promote The Yard as a regional centre of excellence in WAG gymnastics.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop mid-level WAG gymnasts to enhance their technical skills and competitive performance
• Establish and maintain a culture focused on technical excellence, athlete welfare, and sustainable athlete development
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between coaches, athletes, parents, and the competitive leadership team to support athlete progress
• Identify and evaluate talent within the recreational program to support athlete advancement
• Collaborate with marketing and membership teams to promote The Yard as a regional centre of excellence for WAG gymnastics
• Drive initiatives to increase participation and retention across all levels of the gymnastics pathway
