Job summary

The Yard Gymnastics Singapore at Yard Dover in Singapore is seeking an MAG Coach to lead and inspire our male gymnasts. Join a fast-growing organization with mentorship, safety and progression at its core.

You will report to the Head Coach and MAG Programme Manager, helping identify talent and shape the MAG development pathway within our program. This role is ideal for coaches aiming to grow into high-performance mentoring.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coaching MAG athletes at developmental level.
• Strong technical knowledge and a progressive training approach.
• Confident communicator and motivator.
• Familiarity with long-term athlete development principles.
• First Aid and safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, progressive and high-quality training sessions.
• Planning and delivering structured MAG development sessions focused on technique, physical preparation and injury prevention.
• Fostering a strong squad culture of respect, motivation and growth.
• Communicating clearly and consistently with gymnasts, parents and staff.
• Undertaking regular assessments and progress meetings with parents.
• Supporting events, camps and competitions as part of the annual calendar.
• Ensuring all safety and safeguarding protocols are followed.

The Yard at Yard Dover - our newly opened facility - is looking for a Men's Development Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) Coach to guide and inspire our male gymnasts. Who will you report into?

You’ll work under the Head Coach and MAG Programme Manager, playing a key role in talent ID and the development pathway for our MAG gymnasts.
