Job summary

Lumilens seeks an experienced Wafer-Level Test Engineer to own and optimize wafer-level testing processes, equipment setup, and production readiness. You will partner with internal engineering teams and external manufacturers to ensure robust, scalable operations and improved yield.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in semiconductor testing, strong data analysis capabilities, and familiarity with DOE/SPC methods to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Microelectronics or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor wafer-level testing or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving and DOE/SPC experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve wafer-level test processes and ALE/Cycle time.
• Operate and qualify automated wafer probers, alignment systems, and ATE.
• Monitor yield, identify root causes, and drive CAPA actions.
• Develop test flows, controls, and procedures for production readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain and partners.
