Job summary

Lumilens is seeking a hands-on engineer to own wafer-level testing processes, optimize test flows, and drive continuous improvement across production and engineering teams. You will work with internal and external partners to ensure robust, scalable testing and improved yields.

The role emphasizes analytical problem solving, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with product engineering, quality, and supply chain to deliver reliable semiconductor photonics solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze test data and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Experience using data analysis software (e.g., JMP, Spotfire, Python, R) for yield modeling and SPC.
• Strong understanding of wafer-level test processes and production test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve wafer-level test processes; set up automated wafer probers, optical alignment systems, and ATE.
• Drive day-to-day wafer-level test operations and monitor production performance against plans.
• Develop, optimize, and qualify wafer-level test processes and operating procedures.
