Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior Business Development professional for a regional cash management sales role in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end deals, tailor cash management solutions, and drive revenue by expanding Citi's TTS footprint among corporate clients in Asia Pacific.

You will engage with multi-national clients, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and coordinate with product, legal and risk teams to close high-impact opportunities while maintaining a strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Over 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Accomplished product, sales and customer orientation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cash management deals end-to-end including RFP responses and client pitches, recommending innovative cash management solutions.
• Market development: develop a client focus strategy for all key clients and sub sector targets.
• Meet all Sales Management goals tied to pipeline management (CRM), Deal Review and Implementation Project Kick-Offs.
• Lead and prepare client presentations.
• Set and execute deal strategy including solution structuring, pricing strategy and negotiation.
• Coordinate internal deal processes to develop responses to tenders and deliver end-to-end responses to win mandates.
• Act as a center of expertise in cash management solutions to support regional client opportunities.
• Ensure deals are implemented effectively to realize revenue.
• Share market updates with Product Management and be Citi’s ambassador in the region.
