Qualifications

15+ years of banking experience with at least 10+ years in transaction banking sales.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Strong client-facing sales and solutioning skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Lead deal strategy, including solution structuring, pricing, and negotiation.
Coordinate internal deal processes: approvals, sign-off, closure, handover to implementation.
Deliver against client wins and act as a centre of excellence in cash management solutioning.
Build profitable, long-term client relationships and orchestrate delivery of treasury solutions.
Collaborate with deal team stakeholders for RFP/RFI responses and marketing materials.
Develop and deliver presentations and collateral for client engagement.
Incorporate TTS positioning into client communications and marketing materials.
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in selling.
