Job summary

SGX Group is hiring Senior Test Engineers to translate quality vision into scalable automation and governance. You will lead a team to improve productivity, resilience, and risk management across platforms.

You will develop junior engineers, implement AI-enabled practices, and ensure strong reporting and executive visibility into quality performance and delivery risks. Singapore-based roles with enterprise impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or related fields.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing large testing organizations.
• Strong test scenario design to maximize coverage and minimize risk.
• Expertise in automation-first delivery and enterprise-scale testing practices.
• Proven track record in test governance across multiple teams or programmes.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise test and quality engineering strategy across products and platforms.
• Oversee scalable automation platforms, standards, and practices for functional, API, integration, performance, and resilience testing.
• Govern quality operating frameworks including data strategy, release gates, and testing standards.
• Re-evaluate tools and infrastructure, leveraging cloud-based testing and AI-enabled practices.
• Provide executive visibility of quality performance, risks, and investment priorities.
