Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a senior Head of Data Products to shape the enterprise data strategy, governance, and delivery model. You will define product ownership, oversee data product engineering, and partner with risk, compliance and technology teams to scale trusted data solutions across the bank.

The role demands 12+ years leading data initiatives in regulated environments, strong executive communication, and a proven ability to turn data capabilities into measurable business value

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading enterprise data initiatives in banking or regulated environments.
• Strong track record building data products, Data-as-a-Service capabilities, or self-service data platforms.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to define value, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Deep knowledge of data governance, quality, metadata, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Products and Data-as-a-Service.
• Define the data product operating model, ownership, governance, and measurement.
• Lead the engineering, curation, and publication of datasets and data products.
• Operationalise data product applications with governance and adoption in mind.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Security, Legal, and Technology to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
