Job summary

The incumbent will lead a team, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement automation and improved controls to support trading and settlement processes in a complex banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years in banking with Reference Data/Global Markets ops exposure.
• Proven leadership managing operational teams and service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of global markets products, settlement flows, and market infrastructure.
• Experience in risk, controls, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Experience leading transformation, automation, or tech-enabled initiatives.
• Regional banking experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Reference Data and Static Data Management.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reference Data Management team and ensure effective service delivery.
• Oversee governance and data accuracy across Global Markets, Custody, and Treasury platforms.
• Maintain a robust control environment, data governance, and remediation of issues.
• Partner with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to drive transformation and automation initiatives.
