Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd seeks a VP Data Products & Innovation to design, build and deliver enterprise Data Products and Data-as-a-Services. You will translate business needs into scalable data product use cases, shape requirements, coordinate delivery, and support enterprise adoption with strong governance and value tracking.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise data applications or data products leadership.
• Experience leading data initiatives in banking or regulated environments.
• Experience building/self-service data platforms and data marketplaces.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to shape demand and value cases.
• Strong understanding of data governance, access controls and risk management.
• Proven leadership across business, data, technology, governance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Data Products and Data-as-a-Service strategy and delivery.
• Define operating model, ownership, lifecycle, and value tracking for data products.
• Identify data product use cases with clear business objectives and adoption plans.
• Promote reusable, governed data products as alternatives to ad-hoc delivery.
• Coordinate data services and training to enable enterprise data enablement.
• Deliver datasets and data products for reporting, analytics, and AI.
• Operate data product applications with governance, usability, and access control.
• Collaborate with tech and platform teams to ensure security and documentation.
• Support strategic initiatives and Innovation Challenge use cases for scalable adoption.
• Support Centre of Excellence with advisory and templates for adoption frameworks.
• Establish repeatable intake, discovery, design, readiness, and benefits tracking.
