Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Vision Solution Engineer in Singapore to develop and optimize vision systems for inspection, measurement, and defect detection.

The role involves configuring vision hardware and software, providing technical support, evaluating system performance, and applying new vision technologies to projects. Hands-on experience with HIK, OpenCV, HALCON, or Cognex VisionPro is preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering with 2+ years in vision is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering with at least 2 years in vision applications.
• Knowledge of vision and optical inspection systems is preferred.
• Experience with C++, C#, or Python for vision applications.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, RS-232 and camera interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain vision applications for inspection and measurement.
• Decide on vision components procurement, installation, and maintenance.
• Configure host PCs, frame grabbers, cameras, and lighting for optimal performance.
• Work with vision libraries such as OpenCV, HALCON, or Cognex VisionPro.
• Provide technical support to field service engineers and customers.
• Evaluate system performance and prepare documentation and training.
• Explore new vision technologies and apply them to projects.
