Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Vision Solution Engineer to develop, analyze, and maintain vision applications including measurement and defect inspection, with hands-on experience in vision libraries such as HIK, OpenCV, HALCON, or Cognex VisionPro.

You will configure systems, procure components, and provide technical support. Requirements include 2+ years in vision projects, programming in C++, C#, or Python, and knowledge of TCP/IP and camera interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in vision applications.
• Knowledge of vision and optical inspection systems preferred.
• Experience in programming languages related to vision applications (C++, C#, Python).

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain vision applications including measurement, defect inspection, and component presence detection.
• Decide on selection, procurement, installation, and maintenance of vision components (PCs, cameras, lighting).
• Configure vision systems (host PCs, frame grabbers, cameras, illumination, motion control) for optimal performance.
• Provide hands-on experience with vision libraries such as HIK, OpenCV, HALCON, or Cognex VisionPro.
• Offer technical support to field service engineers and customers.
• Evaluate and document vision system performance specifications and conduct training.
• Explore new vision technologies and implement in projects.
